This Dorsoduro Discovery Private Tour takes you into some solitary corners of the Dorsoduro district - Venice's elegant "Rive Gauche."

From the vast Campo Santa Margherita - where students and artists meet at the many open air cafés, we walk to San Nicolò dei Mendicoli, once a neighborhood of seafarers and fishermen, still retaining all the liveliness of popular piety.

We continue then to the Renaissance church of San Sebastian (one of the saints people invoked during the Black Plague). It is masterly decorated with frescoes and canvases by Paolo Veronese, who lies buried here.

We will go past San Trovaso, one of the last gondola yards. Our tour ends at the Zattere, the sunny promenade along the Giudecca Canal, often frequented by the Venetians in the warm summer evenings.

Rates do not include entrance fees for San Sebastian Church which is approximately $4.35 (fee subject to change).

Summary: Tour begins at your city center Venice hotel; the ending point depends on the itinerary of the tour. Rates are PER GROUP of 1 to 10 persons, in US dollars and do not include fees to San Sebastian Church - approximately $4.35 & subject to change. Please reserve online or call us toll-free at 800-208-4421. There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.
